Merchant Promotion Requirements

Plan Eligibility Requirements:

Plans must be compliant and applicants must meet the below criteria:

  • Age 18+ years
  • Australian citizens or permanent resident (visas are not permitted)
  • Regular Income
  •  Current email address & mobile number
  • Australian Photo ID: Either;
    •  Australian Driver’s Licence or
    • Australian Passport or
    • Australian Proof of Age card
  • All applicant information must be accurately recorded

Customer Communication Requirements:

  • Please ensure your customer is aware they may receive a welcome call from Payright and if unavailable, please return the call when next possible to ensure there are no delays in activation.
  • Prior to the customer making an Application, you must disclose that you have a commission arrangement with Payright.

Please note that sales are subject to review.

  • Activation may be held pending the outcome of a customer welcome call.
  • Any sale found to be non-compliant will result in the merchant being removed from eligibility for rewards under the promotion.
  • Any sale found to be non-compliant after the promotion ends, may result in the requirement to pay back any rewards.
