Here are top tips to remember:
1. Make sure your customer gives you the right code. The code is for pre-approval with you and with you only
2. You’re in this together. Getting the loading screen in the Portal? Your customer probably needs to take the next step in the app, such as clicking to continue or adding a payment method
3. If the customer has been pre-approved for less than the sale amount, they can apply to increase the plan or pay part of the sale upfront, all in the app
