What is Payright?

Payright zero interest payments are quick, easy and affordable payment plans offered to customers by our merchants, with zero interest.

How does it work?

Payright zero interest payment plans are a continuing credit payment plan. We provide you with the ability to purchase goods or services today, by paying an initial deposit, with the remaining balance being conveniently direct debited. There is a simple application and best of all you pay no interest.

NOTE: The minimum deposit is determined by the approved merchant amount. Customers can nominate their deposit assuming it is above the minimum set by the approved merchant. Deposits can be paid at the time of applying. When deposits are taken from a customer’s credit or debit card, the same card must be used for the ongoing repayments.

Can Payright be used in store and online

Yes, Payright is available both in store and online with selected merchants. Enquire with participating merchants as to Payright’s availability.

Is there a cost to use Payright (Fees and Charges)

Payright is ‘Always Interest Free’ which makes our plan really affordable. We do however have an establishment fee of up to $89.95, a monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 and a payment processing fee of $2.95

Are there late fees?

If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees will apply. All fees and charges are illustrated on your ‘Credit and Repayment Schedule’. The late payment fee is up to $12.95 and will be charged as a separate fee in addition to your overdue payment. PayRight sends out welcome emails on all purchases and payment reminder notices.

What if I want to return my purchase?

Please return goods to the merchant from which they were purchased and they will prepare a refund to you. All returns are subject to the merchant’s return policy.

How do refunds work?

Any amounts paid by you will be refunded back onto your nominated card and any future instalments will be cancelled. Any paid processing fees will not be refunded.

Can I make multiple purchases?

You are able to have 2 payment plans open at any given time. Your account keeping fee and establishment fee is only ever charged once however, we do have a $19.95 repeat purchase fee for any additional plans.

Can Payright take action against me?

Yes, if you are in default under your payment plan agreement, Payright may take action against you to recover any amounts outstanding. Additional fees and charges may be payable in the event action is required. A Late payment fee of up to $12.95 may be charged if your account is overdue. An additional enforcement charge of $29.95 will be applied if further action is required.

How do I know when my repayments are due?

Your first repayment is defaulted to a fortnight from signing your agreement. You also have the ability to nominate your repayment date to coincide with your own payment cycle.

How do I make a manual/additional repayment on my Account?

Repayments are made via direct debit from your credit card, debit card or bank account. You may pay fortnightly or monthly. One off repayments may also be made direct with your credit or debit card or via BPAY. To make a manual payment simply log into your PayRight Account or contact admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496

How does my Direct Debit work?

Your direct debit is a regular payment that is collected by us from your credit/debit card or bank account. At the conclusion of your repayment terms, your account will remain active, your monthly account keeping fee will continue to be debited until we hear from you in writing wishing to cancel. Request to cancel your Direct Debit is made by emailing admin@payright.com.au or calling 1300 338 496

What are my BPAY Details?

We will issue you bpay details on a request basis. Please contact us at admin@payright.com.au or call 1300 338 496 to obtain your bpay details.

How will Payright process my Application?

Payright will process your application by assessing the application information, ensuring the loan is suitable for you, and ensuring that you can comfortably afford the repayments.

What do I get charged?

A merchant service fee is generally charged with each transaction and ranges based on a number of considerations. Contact us for a run down on any charges.

Are you online?

We sure are! In addition to a quick, simple and secure online application process in store or sent directly to your customers smart phone, we also integrate into leading e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce and PrestaShop which enables Payright at the checkout of your online store. 

Can the merchant service fee be passed onto my client/customer?

No. The RRP or cost for your solution cannot be inflated to your customer to include your merchant fee.

What industries do you cover?

Payright is available to merchants from a wide range of industry types, if you sell a product of service that you think would suit a zero interest payment plan then we would love to hear from you. Please contact for a chat about how we can help your business.  

Do I have to verify my client/customers photo ID during the application process?

Our online ID verification service will securely verify and identify customers in line with regulatory standards, however if your customer/client is in store with you then we certainly recommend you view a valid driver’s license or Australian passport.

Do I need to change my refund policy?

No, your refund policy should follow Australian consumer laws. Payright will work with your policy if you choose to give a refund to your customer for any reason.

I’ve had a declined application. What can I do?

There’s a lot we can do to help here! Contact your Relationship Executive who will take you through some qualifying tips and give you some insights that will help future applicants.

How does the client/customer complete the application themselves?

Client/Customers can complete application at any time on their own device. Simply generate an application link from your merchant portal and its sent as an SMS (or email) immediately to their preferred device!

What is the Repayments Calculator?

This allows you to calculate a suitable repayment and term for your client/customer so you can turn 1 big payment in easy bite size instalments and ensure you maximise sales revenue! Jump on the phone to a Relationship Executive to find out more.
